His background includes financial oversight for the U.S. Department of Defense, leading internal audit oversight supporting General Dynamics programs, and serving as Director of Accounting & Estimating for the multi-billion-dollar global defense company Fincantieri. That analytical experience allows him to evaluate annuities beyond the illustration, helping clients identify the products and strategies that deliver the greatest contractual value.
